Private Yoga and Meditation Instruction

The first step to well-being and moving toward feeling integrated, whole, and balanced is to make a commitment to yourself. Allowing and offering yourself some time to process, nurture and practice self care.

As a yoga teacher it is my primary responsibility to create a healing and safe environment to help the clients’ own unique process of physical and emotional healing. My approach includes Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Essential Oils.

Private yoga classes offer a personal touch to your wellness experience. You receive individual guidance, direction and support for your practice. Lessons can be arranged at my home studio in Bergen Country or I can come to your designated off-site location.
